Personally, I like my pancakes homemade, but I do use pre-made pancakes when in a pinch for breakfast especially during the school year. Aunt Jemima has come out with their new oatmeal pancakes in your freezer aisle.
Nutrition Facts: 230 calories, 4 grams of fiber, 380 milligrams of sodium, 11 grams of sugar, 8 grams of protein, 3.5 grams of total fat, and 1.5 grams of saturated fat per 3 pancakes.
Ingredient List: Water, Enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate (Vit B1), riboflavin, folic acid), oat bran, whole oat flour, sugar, whole eggs, soybean oil, rolled oats, nonfat milk, contains 2% or less of: corn, dextrin, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), salt, cornstarch, vanilla extract.
Kid Rating: Approved. This means nothing was left on the plates of a 3 and 4-year-old, one of which is extremely picky.
RD/Mom Rating: Approved. I definitely prefer homemade, but these are great especially with less fat, 4 grams of fiber per serving and a better ingredient list compared to other brands.
